Vail Real Estate Market Had A Positive Start in 2013

The start of 2013 has been a positive one in terms of market activity. Showings and offers are being made, however, the difference between the more frenzied pace of the 4th quarter of 2012 and the start of this year is that inventory levels are low and buyers and sellers are having a more difficult time finding "market price". This has resulted in a more sluggish closing volume - but not affecting activity.
